Federer in Thursday night showdown
Mikhail Youzhny has pulled out of the tournament, which means that Roger Federer will not be in match action on Thursday night.
After consulting with Federer, he ensured that he will be present on Thursday night, playing a super tiebreak against Igor Sijsling on Centre Court. This is scheduled for 19.15, just before the evening session kicks off with Juan Martin Del Potro in action.
He plays qualifier Karol Beck, starting at 19.45. This match is followed by the last Dutcman left in the singles draw, Jesse Huta Galung, who plays 7th seed Viktor Troicki, for a quarterfinal spot.
